Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
House consider the Senate message.  There being no objection, it was                                                            
so ordered.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tuck moved that the House recede from its                                                                        
amendment, namely HCS CSSB 23(FIN) am H(brf sup maj fld H)(efd                                                                  
fld H), and recommended that the members vote no.

Representative Tuck moved that the House waive Uniform Rule 42(a)                                                               
and (b) to allow the appointment of a Free Conference Committee to                                                              
meet with a like committee from the Senate.  There being no
